Bill passed stiffening rules against adults serving alcohol (WLNE-TV)

The Rhode Island House has unanimously passed a bill that clamps down on adults who serve alcohol to underage persons in their homes. The bill would make it easier for authorities to charge violators. It also would stiffens fines and prison time they face.
